By accessing or using VendorKeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our platform provides point-of-sale and inventory management tools to businesses. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
02. Platform Usage
Rights and responsibilities of the business owner.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration info.
- Accounts are for single organization use unless on enterprise plans.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- We reserve the right to pause access for non-payment or policy violations.
03. Warranty Void
VendorKeeper is provided as a SaaS tool for record-keeping. We do not guarantee business results or 100% database availability at all times.
04. Payment Records
VendorKeeper does not handle or process consumer payments. We are a software platform for tracking transactions. All payment collections (Cash, Cards, Digital Wallets) are your direct responsibility with your respective payment providers.
05. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
06. Arbitration
Conflict Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh for local users, or international arbitration for global partners.
